The process began with Hilltop’s drafting team, where Jeff Levin created the initial home design. To help the homeowners better visualize their exterior finishes and color choices, drafter Emily Brown produced detailed 3D images. This combination of design work and visualization tools gave the homeowners confidence in their decisions. It also allowed them to see exactly how their home would look before construction began.

This beautiful home was built by Caleb Jasken Contracting, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail brought the design to life. Kenny Klimek, Hilltop’s sales expert on the project, guided them through product selections and made sure every detail came together seamlessly. The home’s exterior makes a bold statement with a modern palette. Andersen 400 Series windows in black pair perfectly with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black and a sleek Metal Sales Image II roof. Low-maintenance EDCO steel siding in Canyon HD with onyx batten detail, along with black EDCO soffits and LP SmartSide trim in abyss black, creates a striking look with long-lasting durability. Inside, the warmth of Bayer Built 5-panel fir interior doors stained in premium hazel adds natural character and contrast to the bold exterior.
